L.L.Bean Winter Kids' Camp, Full Week

Freeport, Maine

Get your child outside with our winter camp – a one-of-a-kind experience where they will meet new friends, try new outdoor sports, and play in the snow!

Each day of our camp will provide an exciting new selection of adventures for your camper. Our friendly, experienced instructors will help guide campers in small groups through winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, as well as other fun activities like geocaching, shelter building, sledding, and camp craft skills.

We will also play lots of games that will encourage lifelong friendships to be built among your camper and their peers. Our camp fosters an environment where campers can develop confidence while trying new winter sports and exploring Maine's great outdoors.

Our campers love being able to explore the Maine woods on cross-country skis, and snowshoe their way to our sledding hill.

Camp hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can sign up for the whole week of adventure or for single days. Whichever fits your camper’s schedule! Special sibling discounts are available.

All necessary equipment for these outdoor adventures is provided. Please be sure to view our packing list to make sure your child is best prepared for the weather.
